Hogue Rubber OverMolded Stock Remington 870 is molded from a super tough fiberglass-reinforced polymer, ensuring stability and accuracy. These superior stocks are durable, weatherproof and non-slip. But the stock’s grip is OverMolded with soft rubber for outstanding handling. Features include ambidextrous ergonomic palm swells and a mild recoil cushioning butt pad.

This 870 short stock has a standard 14-1/4″ length of pull. Gunsmithing is not typically required for installation but may need various firearm-specific wrenches and other tools for stock and forend removal.

870 short stock is molded from durable synthetic rubber that is neither spongy nor tacky yet provides a soft recoil-absorbing feel without affecting accuracy. But this modern rubber requires a different molding process than ordinary neoprene, resulting in a superior stock.
